Welcome to the Community Outreach & Restoration Association's website! We are a non-profit organization based in Duluth, Minnesota run by middle and high school students trying to make an impact in our communities!
Our mission is to better our communities and the world through supporting pre-existing organizations and our own student led initiatives!
